About Me
I’m a Computer Science graduate who transitioned into the creative industry. Colours, typography, shapes, images, and illustrations captivated me more than codes and algorithms. After a few months of learning design and digital art through available resources after my graduation, I was fortunate to join the creative industry, working on various print and digital materials in collaboration with cross-functional team members to ensure project success.
With almost 4 years of experience crafting visual communications, and 4 semesters studying Advertising and Graphic Design at Humber College, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the science behind design elements making my designs effectively convey messages and have more impact. Professional Experience
Graphic Designer (April 2024 – May 2024)
- Conceptualised logos, packaging, and web banners from pencil to vectorising using Illustrator adhering to brand guidelines.
Graphic Designer (November 2021 – October 2022)
- Utilised typography and composition skills using Photoshop designing web banners resulting in visually appealing designs.
- Created motion design templates using After Effects and
colour-correcting skills, resulting in engaging promo materials. - Collaborated with a copywriter to produce highly engaging designs.
- Displayed effective communication during a 3-day, 2-night meeting with a client, clarifying major confusions about the project.
Graphic Designer (September 2017 – May 2020)
- Designed print and digital materials incorporating different styles that meet the project requirements.
- Collaborated with other designers and event coordinators to work on various print and digital assets for environmental designs resulting in successful events.
- Collaborated with print shops, ensuring the accurate print of uniforms and posters, reducing the risk of costing more money.
